You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that: the information
provided is accurate, you are legally capable of entering into contracts and you
comply with all applicable laws of Qatar.
3. Products
We make every effort to ensure
product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However: product
packaging may differ from images, manufacturers may change packaging without
notice, stock availability is subject to change, some products may become
unavailable after an order is placed. We reserve the right to correct any
pricing or product errors.
4. Prescription Medicines
Prescription-only medicines will only be supplied upon
receipt and verification of a valid prescription in accordance with the laws
and regulations of the State of Qatar.
We reserve the right to: request the original prescription, reject
orders without a valid prescription and contact the prescribing physician if
required by law.

6. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Qatari
Riyals (QAR). Prices may change without prior notice. Promotional prices
apply only during the promotional period.
7. Orders
Submission of an order does not
constitute acceptance. Orders become accepted only after: payment verification
(where applicable), stock confirmation, compliance with applicable pharmacy
regulations. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
8. Payment
We accept approved payment
methods available on our website. Payment information is processed through
secure payment gateways. Al Razi Pharmacy does not store customers' payment
card details.
9. Delivery
Delivery areas and timings depend
on location. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery delays
caused by weather, traffic, government restrictions, courier delays, and force
majeure shall not create liability for Al Razi Pharmacy. Prescription medicines
may require additional verification before dispatch.
10. Delivery Verification
For certain products, including
prescription medicines, customers may be required to provide Qatar ID, prescription,
signature upon delivery. Failure to provide required documentation may result
in cancellation.
11. Returns & Refunds
Due to health and safety
regulations, medicines and healthcare products generally cannot be returned
once delivered unless: incorrect product supplied, damaged during delivery, expired
product supplied, manufacturing defect. Approved refunds will be processed
using the original payment method.
12. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before
dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Prescription
medicine orders cannot be cancelled after pharmacist verification unless
required by law.
13. Promotions
Promotional offers: cannot be
combined unless stated, are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any
time.
14. User Accounts
Customers are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Notify us
immediately if unauthorized access occurs.
15. Prohibited Use
Users must not: misuse the
website, upload malicious software, interfere with website operation, impersonate
another person and violate any Qatar laws.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content including logo,
text, graphics, product photographs, icons, design, software is owned or
licensed by Al Razi Pharmacy and protected by applicable intellectual property

shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar. Any
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts
of Qatar.
