Brewer’s Yeast is also a nutritional supplement, providing a source of B vitamins, amino acids and minerals. Natures Aid Brewer’s Yeast tablets are manufactured using non-debittered Brewer’s Yeast powder, preserving the natural levels of B-vitamins.
Each Natures Aid Brewer’s Yeast tablet contains 300mg of Brewer’s Yeast with no added ingredients.
Take 2 tablets 3 times daily or as required up to a maximum of 12 daily.
Best avoided by anyone taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors and people suffering from gout.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
